Check-in/check-out: rooms are not available before 02.00 p.m., rooms to be vacated by 10.00 a.m. If you arrive later than 07.00 p.m., please give us a call. 

Discounts for children: in the room of 2 full-paying adults in an extra bed or sofa bed: 0-2 years Euro 20.- per day / 3-6 years: -70% / 7-10 years: -50% / 11-14 years: -30% / 15 years and older: -10%. No visitor's tax for children under 14 years.

Visitor's tax: Euro 3,50 | per person/day (15 years and older)

Reservations: to secure your booking a deposit of Euro 250.- per person is required - please transfer the amount to our bank account: Sparkasse Imst, IBAN: AT042050200200008936, BIC: SPIMAT21

Payment: cash, EC-Card, Visa and Mastercard!

Rooms: are non-smoking. Deviation in floor plan and furnishings possible.

Meals: No refund will be given for meals not taken.

Short stays for 1-2 nights: For a stay of 1-2 nights we charge a surcharge of EURO 10,- per person/day.

Pets are not allowed.

In case of cancellation we keep your advance payment as service fee. In compliance with the austrian hotel rules, the guest will be charged for the full period booked – no reduction can be given for late arrival or early departure.

Cancellation costs:

• up to 3 months before arrival - free of charge
• 3 months - 1 month prior to arrival: 40% 
• 1 month - 1 week prior to arrival: 70% 
• within the last week prior to arrival: 90% 
  
  Cancellations only valid in written form.

Trip cancellation insurance: No doubt you are looking forward to your holiday. However, anything unexpected might happen before you set off or during your holiday. We strongly advise you to take out holiday cancellation insurance.
