For a stay of 1-2 nights we charge a surcharge of Euro 15,- per person/day. In case of cancellation we keep your advance payment as service fee. In compliance with the austrian hotel rules, the guest will be charged for the full period booked – no reduction can be given for late arrival or early departure.
